Great Stay

I went to Shenyang Dec. 26th to Jan7th and stayed at the Jen Hotel.
Check-in was fast and easy, room was clean and in order , staff was very helpful with translations I needed , it was great to have the Lawsons open 24 hours accessible from the hotel , check-out was fast and easy. I had a great experience staying there.
I give it a 5 - Star experience

Hotel and room are rundown, especially the room smelled moldy, rude and unprofessional breakfast staff can’t figure out whose room has breakfast at entry and later drag people out of breakfast restaurant, gym equipments not cleaned nor had cold water. Not recommended even for this seemingly low price.

Excellent hotel in many ways

This hotel is well located close by to shopping malls, restaurants and main train station. It is well priced for its location, quality of accommodation (large room), cleanliness and friendly staff. The relationship manager at the lobby, Bessie speaks English very well and have tremendous knowledge of the area for what ever guests require advice and directions. She is really a g for the hotel. I highly recommend this hotel for anybody visiting Shenyang.

Very relaxing stay

The Golden chain lady was excellent, very helpful courteous and friendly. She made our stay very enjoyable. This is our third stay at Jen Shenyang. We love the service and quality of the rooms including the comfortable bed and pillows.
