Spacious Club Room, Convenient Location, Average Club Lounge
Great Location and Comfortable Room, but Club Benefits Can Be Better
I stayed in the Club Access King Room and had a pleasant stay overall. The room was clean, the king bed was very comfortable, and I really enjoyed soaking in the deep bathtub after a long day out.
The lobby makes a great first impression with its impressive high ceiling, and having the MRT station right below the hotel made getting around Shenzhen incredibly convenient. I also liked the complimentary late-night porridge served in the lobby, which was a nice surprise.
That said, I expected a little more from the Club experience. It would have been nice if Club guests could check in directly at the Club Lounge instead of the main reception. The afternoon tea at the Club Lounge was also quite ordinary, with a limited selection that didn’t feel particularly special.
The only other downside was check-out. Although the process itself was smooth, I had to wait about 20 minutes for my cash deposit to be refunded.
Overall, it’s a comfortable hotel in an excellent location. With a more polished Club Lounge experience and faster deposit refunds, it would be an even better stay.

极度差评！深圳深铁皇冠假日酒店服务失职且推卸责任，完全不配五星级品牌水准。
我入住期间付费使用酒店洗衣服务，将一件安德玛服饰交由酒店处理。离店后我发现衣物被酒店高温熨烫严重烫损、面料变形融化，彻底报废，无法继续穿着。
我主动联系酒店沟通维权，工作人员全程拒不担责、态度敷衍，反复以“流程合规、离店概不负责”为由甩锅，否认设备与操作问题，无视客人真实损失。
作为洲际旗下五星酒店，连基础的衣物洗护标准和服务担当都不具备，出问题只会机械推诿，毫无品牌信誉。真心建议所有游客避雷该酒店洗衣服务，入住离店务必逐一检查个人物品！

Terrible service and irresponsible management at Shenzhen Shentie Crowne Plaza! This five-star hotel does not deserve its rating at all.
I paid for the hotel’s laundry service during my stay. Unfortunately, my Under Armour clothing was severely damaged by high-temperature ironing. The fabric melted and deformed, and the garment is completely ruined and unwearable.
After discovering the damage, I contacted the hotel to resolve the issue. However, the staff refused to take any responsibility. They only repeated their standard procedure rules and claimed no liability after check-out, ignoring my actual loss.
As an IHG five-star brand hotel, it lacks basic professional laundry standards and customer responsibility. Their only attitude is evasion and perfunctory replies.
I strongly warn all travelers to avoid their laundry service and double-check all your belongings before check-out.

Location is really convenient as it is directly connected to Shenzhen University MTR station Line 13.
Once I enter the L46 Lobby, I get impressed by the magnificent city scape. Check-in/out are quite smooth.
The room is spacious, nicely designed, and clean.
Swimming pool at L48 is quite nice. There are only two lanes; however, only one or two swimmers are there usually.
It would have been perfect if they provide a swimming suit spinner.
Breakfast is not expensive; however, the quality is just ok compared to other brands.
Overall CP value is quite high and would love to come back again.

Beautiful modern hotel with luxury finishes. Don't miss the lap pool and hot tub. I enjoyed watching myself in the mirrored ceiling over the pool. Lobby is on the 46th floor. Whoa! Highly sophisticated lighting controls in the room. Don't even have to select your floor when returning to your room; just swipe your room key and the elevator does the rest.

All facilities was good, but the staff was not helpful at all. We have another booking with birthday celebration. But we were assign to different floor, after on next day, they assign us to a extra broken table place for birthday breakfast. The fruit plate need to peeling on our own.... there are no fork, spoon or knife for help. We think this hotel seems not welcoming family travel. They seems prearrange those foreigner with better sit arrangement.
