参加公务员考试，所以选择住在这里是离周边的学校挺近的。还有一个公交车站。虽然没有专门的停车位，但是这个公交站后面的小区里面是可以找位置停的，具体可以咨询老板。卫生状况还算可以。就是住这房子上一个煮饭了，然后就里面味道比较难闻。油烟烟味比较重。还有一点点食物腐臭的味道。我是主要来考试，所以就没有在这里煮饭之类的。进来之后喷了很多除螨的药水。然后抽风机开了很久。空气才好一些。跟其他评论的一样，就是这边周边是有施工地段的，白天会比较吵。还好，就是我比较不受声音影响睡的比较稳。墙壁比较薄，隔音效果不太好，就周六晚上的时候很很晚都有声音，凌晨两点多都有声音。总体还说还是不错的。

房间空调不凉 厕所有问题不能冲水 联系客服又联系不上 不能及时处理问题

位置优越，旁边就有地铁，距离机场也近。
房间跟图片相符合，厨房可以做饭，阳台可以洗衣服，卧室和客厅的空调也正常。
