Top-tier service and incredible river views in Shenzhen

I stayed here during a business trip to Shenzhen, and it was an absolute highlight. Usually, business hotels can feel a bit clinical, but the river views and the surrounding nature here are truly spectacular—providing a much-needed peaceful escape after a long day of meetings.
The hotel is top-tier. The rooms were spotless and the service was "the bomb"—highly efficient and professional, which is exactly what I need when I'm on a tight schedule. This trip made me fall in love with Chinese hospitality and the city itself. I enjoyed every moment and will definitely choose this hotel again for my next business visit. Highly recommended for professional travelers.

We stayed at Shenzhen Felicity Hotel for 2 days during our trip to Shenzhen. It’s very close to Shenzhen Railway Station, the Shenzhen Metro, and the Hong Kong border gate. The room price was also reasonable, and we booked a room that included breakfast. I booked this hotel from trip.com

The most important thing I like to stay in Felicity Hotel is because the bed sheet and blanket are super clean. Also, location is just 5 mins walk from Lohu border which is very convenient crossing to Hong Kong. Around have many restaurants that I can choose.

From Luohu Subway Station exit D, take the lift to the 3rd floor, turn left, walk past the bridge and then turn right to the property. From Luohu Railway Station in West Plaza, walk into the pedestrian tunnel and then walk toward Heping Road. Breakfast is free of charge for 1 child under 1.2 metres. A breakfast surcharge applies for children above 1.2 metres. The Executive Lounge is open from 10:30 to 23:00. Please note that the Executive Lounge will be closed for breakfast. The restaurant will be open for breakfast from 7:00 to 10:00. The original tenant, Daodi Traditional Chinese Medicine Clinic room 725, will vacate on March 12th and relocate to the former location of the lobby gold shop and accessible restroom. Glass and doors are expected to be installed by March 11th. Further construction plans are pending confirmation. Please note that the pre-authorisation charge will be returned to the guest following check-out. It may take some time for it to appear in the guest's account. Please note that construction work is taking place nearby and guests may be affected by noise.
