Perfect Getaway Hotel in Shenzhen

Unbeatable price for a Grand Hyatt and the hotel was magnificient. Check In process was a total let down (3/10 max) but the room and its condition for a 15 years + old hotel deserve total credit (11/10). Location was also perfect (right next to one of the best shopping mall in Shenzhen). However, access to the metro was a bit far but a didi trip (which costs next to nothing) is all you need to get around in Shenzhen

A+ location and room

Great location above the MixC mall and metro station. Huge room, great property amenities like gym and sauna/steam room. Very clean and generally quiet. Good price compared to equivalent hotel in other countries. Also the views from this hotel are insane.

Excellent Hotel with an Outstanding Team

I stay at the Grand Hyatt Shenzhen in Luohu quite often, and it has consistently been an excellent experience. The hotel is very well maintained, the rooms are comfortable, and the location is extremely convenient.
What really stands out to me, though, is the staff. Everyone I’ve interacted with has been warm, professional, and genuinely helpful. The service feels attentive without being overly formal, and the team always makes me feel welcome whenever I return.
Overall, this is one of my preferred hotels in Shenzhen, and the consistently great staff is a big reason I keep coming back. Highly recommended.

The overall experience was good. The location is excellent, conveniently situated nearby many shopping centers with a wide variety of restaurants.
