When enjoyed our stay. The breakfast was good, and the walk to the beach was short (stairs up and down to the hotel if anyone has trouble with stairs).

Family Suite Spacious and Big, affordable and clean

The hotel at ZTL is big, however, the front desk lady told me to cancel my booking on booking.com and then book with the hotel instead directly. She said no cost involved and they will cancel it for me. Also, asked me to upgrade to a family suite for SGD 15 more per night. We were quite easy going and just agreed to her suggestion. The rest of the stay was pleasant, ideal location, and love how spacious the room is. But beware a lot of beggars roaming about that area, I repeat, a lot.

Stay away

This is not a 4 Stare Hotel but more comparative to low cost budget accommodation. Room was very dirty, TV not working, bed, sofa and walls had big stains, no heating in room, no water in room and toiletries were already opened also there was no toilet paper in the bathroom. No in room safe, food in restaurants very every poor. If you want to stay n a comfortable place stay away from this hotel.

Hotel receptionists and maids are very good and helpful!

I have been asking questions about travelling about in Shenzhen. I found that the receptionist, though not travelling a lot in Shenzhen, have tried very best to help! They are a group of hard working people!
The Hotel room maid are very helpful whenever tenant needs help like plastic spoon and helping me to move from room no 325 to 310.
