Initially booked a deluxe queen suite and Trip.com / hotel confirmed we could add a single bed. Upon arrival, hotel said they couldn't and changed us to a family suite even though they have rollaway beds available and the deluxe queen suite had ample space.
Room: Family suite is spacious but A/C took very long to warm up the room. Bathroom is open concept with clothing rack situated outside the shower closet which makes it inconvenient to dress/undress.
Breakfast buffet has a decent selection of Chinese dishes including a noodle station.
Location: Hotel is ＜10 min drive from train station and old town area which is quite convenient considering that most of the hotels that are walking distance from the old town are dated and undermaintained.

尊敬的顾客朋友 ，首先非常感谢您入住我们酒店，您预定的是我们的行政套房，因为之前给您打电话也没有接听，到店之后前台的工作人员知道您是三个人要入住的时候，为您升级了家庭套房，有三张床，刚好可以供您三人入住。然后您说的空调问题，我们是中央空调，暖气也应该有一个过程，也不是说马上就能达到您想要的温度，在您入住期间未能达到您的要求，给您带来不好的体验我感到非常抱歉，期待您的下次光临，体验不一样的服务。

After a long journey, I booked a family room and had a good night's sleep. The hotel is clean and tidy, and the staff are very thoughtful, answering every question. There are also a variety of breakfasts. A bowl of seafood noodles warms my stomach. I hope to have a chance next time Come again!
