Poor Service

I stayed in there for a 3-day conference. The moment I checked in, feeling thrilled when I stand the balcony. There is a big lake right in front of you, breezing the fresh air with this fantastic view refreshed my mind after 5-hour train ride, then sth wired happened, I reached out to the toothbrush and there is big bug inside toiletry box and crawling around. I called the front desk and ask someone to take care of it, they did send a young boy to check it out, but he didn't know what to do with it, and he asked for help for his director, who told me the bug is a dead one, now worries..... I told her "No" that's ridiculous, this is not case to judge it is alive or not, this is no supposed to happen in your hotel at all. She later asked the young boy take box away, telling me that she would contact the duty manager to help me out with this unpleasant experience. The funny thing was that, no one contacted me immediately, and when I checked back in, the toiletry box was till gone and hadn't been replaced after 2 hours conference. Long and exhausting process..........Disappointed!!

My room is back view. The room is clean, beautiful interior design, breakfast has variety choices, swimming is small but interesting with transparent class. Rooftop is spacious and scenic. The staff service can be improved. The loony is on 12th floor to check in.

This hotel is just amazing! The breakfasts, location, room, and the staff are incredible friendly. They have a restaurant with an incredible view. It just beautiful.
It is very close to shopping mall and restaurants. Definitely a hotel to return.
