Quite liked the bi qiong tub room we booked. It was spacious, modern, and clean. Bed was comfortable. TV was very big. Had everything we needed! Service from the staff was excellent. Also we used the free laundry service and the staff also helped to transfer it to the dryer and packed them in a bag. Really appreciate how helpful and friendly they are! Highly recommend this hotel. Location is good, has a lot of food in the vicinity and a massage parlour 2 minutes away.

Overall experience is good, they free upgrade us to bigger room. Only thing is when we request more mineral water they seems not that willing to give. 6pax of us request 4 bottles, finish and request another 4 bottles and they didn't send to us. Other than that is okay.

亲爱的宾客您好~十分抱歉没有给您带来满意的入住体验，对于您反应的没有及时给您送水的事情这边是询问了当班同事具体细节情况，当天晚上是给您机器人送了但是好像是您房间电话机没有放好然后您这边没有接到机器人的电话它就下来了，因为您是国外友人，没有您的联系方式咱们也无法联系您，房间电话没有挂好也没法拨通房间电话联系您所以造成了此误会，十分抱歉！
