房间特别新，而且很干净，老板大姐和大哥特别热情❤，很适合度假的地儿，清静而且空气好，周边有小朋友玩儿的吉姆王国，一家人或者和朋友来这儿都不错。院里的梨花都开了，等再绿一绿就更美拉

环境非常好，确实需要开车到一座小山上，在岔路口，有写着“得一”的山石，导航准确，称得上“山庄”了。按民宿来讲，面积算是很大的了，院子很有设计感，三四层错落有致，很宽敞，有前后院，还有后院山上长廊和小亭子（亭子我没过去），也非常适合公司团建。
带老人和孩子五口出行，慢节奏住了两天，老板和气也佛系，两天的晚餐都是在民宿吃的，味道不错，价格实惠。
和老板聊天，前些日子蓟州暴雨停电的时候，山庄竟然有自己的备用发电设备，安全感一下就来了。

挺大的一个山庄，自然景观和人造景观都不错，还有大片的果园，现在正是采摘桃子的时候，还有梨和苹果，22间客房，我们住的那天刚好赶上有个大团队，公司团建，所以体验感不是很好，人多太嘈杂，房间的床对于我来说有点硬，其他还好，有直饮水，整个民宿还挺有艺术氛围。

环境：民宿位于下营镇制高点，园区很大环境也不错，周末来休息一下也很惬意，民宿后边有大片草坪，夏季环境应该更美，还有养殖的小动物，挺有乐趣的。往山头上走，修建了观景梯，可以眺望整个下营镇的风景。
装修：屋内的装修挺不错的，不管是设计配色，还是屋内电器、家居都现代化智能化，看得出店主也确实想用心转型做适应时代的现代化民宿。
服务：店主服务也挺热情的，不管是办理入住，退房，都比较丝滑，和店家沟通用品需求也能得到及时反馈。
用餐：民宿餐厅的口味还是不错的，按位收费，几个大菜都是一样的，样式多，还是吃的很饱。不过也存在问题，到达的当天下午，和老板打招呼晚点在民宿用晚餐，但是到了统一开饭的点，餐厅阿姨就上来喊吃饭，表达了要晚点去，阿姨也非让下去吃饭，这点体验很不好；第二天早上本想睡到自然醒，食堂阿姨7点就循环在各层叫大家起床吃早饭，出发点是好的但我认为更应该从客人的需求出发，哪怕制定规则7:00-9:30为用餐时间，由于客人个人原因没赶上那也不会说什么，但是大早上被叫起来去吃早饭感受很不好，本来就是去放松和度假的，被打扰了美梦确实会令人难受。
卫生：卫生还是有死角，在一些角落细节，尤其是鹅卵石的缝隙里没有打扫彻底，还是可以改善的，希望店家可以改进。
