酒店挺好的，外观就看起来比旁边那些宾馆干净的多，酒店有电梯，不用爬楼。一进房间有超预期，比携程上某些人评价的要好的多，干净卫生。被子干净无异味，我带的一次性四件套都没用上。酒店离火车站挺近，方便的很。

宾馆服务很好，大年初一早上火车提早到达了温州，其实五点多就到宾馆了，门开着，宾馆里两只猫咪迎接的我们一家哈哈。老板/店员还在睡觉（打呼声具具具明显哈哈哈），不好意思，所以等到6点按了服务呼叫（因为报了七点半集合去雁荡山的团，火车提早到了来不及洗漱就被催着下车，想要洗漱一下，不然也不打扰人家清梦），老板/店员提早让我们把行李放进了房间并入住。后续以为价格便宜连住不会打扫，但是主动提供了打扫服务，还有一次性用品，瓶装水也是大方提供。平台显示没有吹风机实际上是有的不用担心。卫生间是有毛巾但是没有浴巾哦。离火车站很近，带着家人旅游市区都是公交出行非常方便。唯一美中不足就是空调开到30℃，出风口确认确实是热风，但是整个房间就是没那么热不知道为啥。（当然我是非常怕冷得南方人，但是感觉家里的空调好像制热25.5℃就挺热了，可能宾馆的空调滤网要清洗了吧。。。）

宾馆离温州站不远，步行能够到达，可以免费停车，房间宽敞大气，性价比较高，整体设施较新，有电动窗帘，值得推荐！

附近有些小吃店便利店还是挺方便的，差评给房间里的蚊子……几乎一晚上没睡。其他还是可以的，性价比很高。
