房间比较大，有一大一小两个床，旁边还有一组沙发可以休息，非常适合一家三口入住，没有来得及拍房间的照片。酒店环境温馨舒适，楼下还有一个露台，坐在那里喝一杯免费的咖啡，非常惬意！餐厅的早餐品种虽然不是特别多，但是吃到了非常好吃的热干面，儿子一个人吃了两碗，边吃边赞叹，怎么这么好吃。酒店旁边不远就是武汉客厅、极地海洋公园，带孩子游玩也很方便！

几诺酒店（武汉客厅宏图大道地铁站店）位置便利，近地铁3/8号线，适合商务或展会入住。房间整洁，设施较旧，性价比高，但部分房间隔音一般。服务态度良好，周边餐饮选择多。（50字）

房间面积非常大！住的很舒适。床垫软硬适用，支撑良好，被子松软，一晚上得到了充足的休息。空调热得快，房间温度舒适。细节做的特别到位，电话上面贴着房间wifi，密码。遥控器旁边贴心的专门放置了使用卡片。晚上贴心的送了红枣牛奶和甜甜圈。不论是前台的工作人员还是后勤保洁的人员，都非常耐心有礼貌。以后落地武汉还是会选择过来住。并且跟朋友们都推荐。最后，早餐非常方便，自助水煮面，热干面真的好正宗哦~

其实一开始进入房间，还是很满意的，表面上看起来没毛病。然后小孩要上厕所的时候才发现，厕所连门都没有，看一屋子的行李想想这也不是什么大事，就算了。结果洗衣服的时候，洗手盆不停的漏水出来，工作人员说今晚处理不了了，就用毛巾垫上吸水了事了。到了洗澡的时候，妖风阵阵，我儿子洗出来，浑身哆嗦，我老公也说水不够热，洗手间层高太高了，热气没办法聚拢，而且天花侧面有个洞，也不知道外面是不是透的，反正就是冷🥶房间空间大，空调不太起作用。

尊敬的贵宾您好。我是前厅经理，感谢您选择并下榻本酒店，非常抱歉没能给您带来满分入住体验，针对您反馈的问题我也询问了当班人，由于晚上确实没有工程师傅，没能及时的修复漏水问题，且您这边到店也比较晚，带的又有小孩所以拒绝了前台给您换房间，也为了不打扰您过多的休息时间安保师傅查看了情况并拿了毛巾吸水。再次询问您换房间，您这边也还是不换，所以就还是给您毛巾先吸水不耽误您休息。确实非常抱歉在没有检查好房间的情况下把有问题房间开给您了，给您带来了不便，确实。如果是我我也会非常的气愤。我们也第一时间上报给相关部门经理，及时的去检查了您反馈的房间问题。针对您所提的每一个问题，我们相关部门经理都会加强员工培训，及时检查及时解决，也希望您下次还能选择本酒店，能给我们一个改正的机会，能看到我们是真的在乎每一位顾客的感受，在作出改变。最后祝您新年快乐，生活愉快。

对于一个有问题的房间，酒店仍然开给客人了，不仅问题没解决，酒店一点表示都没有，但凡我难说话一点，你这点房费估计就得退给我了。服务意识差！
