very nice and modern hotel/ the rooms are big and clean, the breakfast is good. the location is a bit far from the center but there is a metro line near the hotel/ the staff do not know english which makes it hard to comunicate

Disappointing, tired looking

Old hotel, a bit tired looking. The room is reasonable in size. There was remnant of tobacco smoke in the room. The shower is in the bath, this needs to be modernised. If one has to cross a 0.75m bath tub to get a shower, it may not be possible for people who have arthritis

In the 12 years since Gloria opened its doors in 2011, I have stayed in it 7 times, and every time it gives people a comfortable and warm feeling. Although the facilities are a bit outdated, the service quality is as good as ever. Whether it is welcoming guests at the gate, welcoming guests at the front desk, cleaning the rooms, serving restaurants, etc., the professionalism of the hotel staff is admirable! This time I came here because of my preference and other reasons, which caused some troubles for the front desk staff, but what is valuable is that the front desk staff actively coordinated to solve the problem for us while actively comforting them. I am very grateful to the beautiful receptionist who was on duty on the afternoon of January 31. From your words and deeds, I have seen Gloria's corporate image, team building and service quality. Thanks Gloria!
