Had a wonderful experience in NOA. The bed was large, and the high ceilings really added to the sense of space. The design of the hotel was impressive, and I loved all the products they offered.
A thoughtful touch was the welcome drink and the minibar included in the room, which made the stay even more enjoyable. The staff provided excellent service, making me feel very welcome throughout my visit.
The lobby restaurant - Deck was also a highlight, the drinks were beautifully presented and perfect for photos. I’m definitely interested in exploring their other locations after this fantastic stay.

Great location. Nice breakfast options. Downstairs cafe/bar has lots of space to work. Good craft beers on tap. Large room. Comfortable bed.

The hotel locates in a good location, not very far from metro (about 10 minutes walk), and close to bus stop. The opposite of the hotel is Wuyi Cultural Square (五一文化广场) which is surrounded by restaurants, city museum, science museum, city library. The hotel is well decorated. The staffs are friendly and helpful. I did not eat the breakfast so I could not comment on that, however the meals that I ordered as in-room service were quite good and the beers were great.

This is my first time to Xiamen and also my first time staying with NOA. I have to say that I am quite impressed with the hotel, the design looks very modern, the location is good, the hotel room is also very clean, and the staff was very nice and helpful. The manager also kindly invited us to an event in the hotel but we sadly didnt have the time to join. Overall it was a nice stay and will definitely consider and recommend NOA for our future visit

A non-standard hotel with plenty of character and vibes. Just take note that it's not got a proper lobby. Instead, it's a cafe/restaurant space with a small room carved out as the reception/retail shop area. Xiamen was rainy on our holiday, so the fact that the pick-up/drop-off area isn't sheltered is a lil inconvenient. Otherwise, we also found the service to be lukewarm, particularly when we shared about a strong smoke smell that seemed to be coming from the ventilation. We were told that we've been inhabiting the space and there was no other reason why or how the smell would come from anywhere else, and was then told to try ventilating the space by opening the windows. We felt that their response was dismissive and no effort was made to rectify the situation.
