办理入住和离店效率很高，前台员工笑容亲切，热情有礼，耐心解答了我们所有问题，还主动介绍了酒店设施和周边情况。客房服务响应非常迅速，需求能及时得到满足。客房打扫得也很干净彻底。能感受到整个团队都在用心服务，让客人有宾至如归的感觉，这点非常加分！整体入住体验真的非常棒，完全超出了我的预期！特别要说一下酒店的枕头和被子，真的非常舒服，新疆棉果然名不虚传，早上醒了都不想起床，真的太舒服了🥰。从预订到离店，整个过程都让人感到舒适、便捷和愉悦，下次来这个城市绝对会再次选择这里。

这次选的这个酒店真的超级满意位置虽然有点偏但是离火车站很近我们是早上的高铁前台小姐姐还给我们叫了车前台的人也很热情服务真的好他们推荐的新疆美食也很好吃这次的入住感受非常棒房间设施也很全卫生也很干净挺满意的

这次入住体验超乎预期，必须给五星好评！从踏入酒店的那一刻起，就能感受到工作人员的热情与专业。
早餐种类挺丰盛，让人食欲大开。
需要表扬下的是，他们的床品，柔软亲肤，躺在上面仿佛被云朵包裹，后来才知道是新疆长绒棉材质，难怪舒适度这么高！一夜好眠，第二天精神满满向赛里木湖出发喽。
还有还有，看我带着小孩，专门升级了亲子间，房间干净整洁，设施齐全，细节之处尽显品质。整体入住体验远超预期，强烈推荐给大家，下次还会选择这里！

酒店是新的，床垫舒服，智能产品较多。例如：房间电话在控制面板上，没有明显的标志。床头柜的加湿器乍一看误以为香薰，当拿起时，水洒出来（大家使用请小心）。便携式烧水壶的说明书建议放在上面，而不是压在咖啡包下方。行李架很别致。
不足之处：526淋浴间热水和凉水标识粘贴反了。523淋浴间下水不通畅，洗完澡，开淋浴间门时，马桶一侧都是水。
