非常完美的体验。办理入住前台非常热情，还给升级了房型。房间很宽敞，也很温馨，卫生也很好。窗外还能眺望远山。离店时落了东西，也是很热情的帮忙找到了。

酒店位置非常好，就在新安江边，江景房晚上夜景很美，桥对岸都是特色饭店，非常方便。房间干净卫生，住宿体验感也很好。还送了齐云山门票物超所值。唯一遗憾就是房间冰箱没送水

这次酒店帮我们从45平米的豪华山景双床房升级到90平米的觀景家庭房，多了一个客厅，还有一个浴缸可以泡澡，真是太棒了，赞赞赞！

酒店房间配套设施齐全、干净，入住很舒适，窗外江景nice，附近有便利店和饭店，前台服务人员非常热情耐心，处理问题很及时，楼下有公共游乐设施，也适合带小朋友的亲子家庭，是比较推荐的酒店
