The service is considerate, and the parent-child room was thoughtfully upgraded when I saw that I brought children. The combination of double bed + standard bed gives the parent-child family a comfortable and perfect check-in experience! Zhixuan's refreshing bath as always makes people feel refreshed every day! The breakfast is rich, and on the first day of the Lunar New Year, local special dumplings are specially arranged, which doubles the full score of the New Year atmosphere!

Not very convenient near the hotel. The service was so mediocre, there was no polite language, the breakfast was cold, the attitude and hygiene of the guy who cooked the noodles were worrying, the noodles were sprinkled on the outside of the noodle basket, and I couldn’t eat it immediately after seeing it, so I got a group of internet celebrities to chat in the restaurant , There is a lady in a black suit who should be a manager, and she doesn't care about the feelings of the real consumer group and speaks loudly to those Internet celebrities. Bringing tea and water to the internet celebrities, but not even a smiley face to the people we actually consume. It seems that we are eating breakfast in the restaurant at this time and delaying their filming. Let alone the hygiene in the room, the fingernails are yellow and hairy, and the dust is thick. I don't think I would be so dirty if I didn't clean my house for three days. The towel was still stained with curly hair, and I dared not use the towel and bath towel after seeing it. Really don't hang IHG anymore, it's not as good as a boutique hotel.

The room was neat and clean. There was just a small episode. Suddenly there was no hot water when taking a shower, but the waiter quickly changed the room to deal with it. Next time I come to Yixing, I will continue to choose to live here.
