在酒店住了差不多1个月，昨天工作忙忘记下续住单了。晚上12点多到达酒店，前台让保安不让停车，要先到前台续住才给让停车，还责怪我为什么上午不下好续住单？服务态度太恶劣了，不要说什么宾至如归，至少要同理心吧，客人累了一天，还这样对待，真心不推荐大家入住。还有白天的保安跟大爷一样，看你开车来了，就觉得欠他500万的感觉。不推荐大家来入住！

尊敬的贵宾：首先感谢你在我们酒店“让你如此不满意”的情况下，还继续下单住了3天，实属不易。据我们了解，我们并没有不让你停车，只是在你本应中午12之前下单，但推迟到夜里12点还没有下单的情况下，问你是否下单，你说你朋友已经下了，但我们前台并没有找到关于你的任何订单，最后是在你联系朋友以后才下单，在这过程中前台就多问了一句，并提醒你下次早点下单。可能因为这个原因让您有了不好的体验，百忙之中还抽出您如此宝贵的时间给出如此低的评分，祝您心情愉快！

酒店的拖鞋比较厚实，正好出国用的时候带上。床也按照我的要求换了硬床，软床对腰实在不友好。另外早餐结束的时间太早，8点50下来已经基本没有东西吃了

房间还挺干净整洁，酒店停车很好，有专门给住客锁定车位。引导停车的师傅热情、专业。前台也不错。房间和酒店设施都很不错。
