Returning from Lijiang to Kunming, I saw all kinds of traffic jam videos on the expressway. I was so scared that I got off the expressway. I just had plenty of time and wanted to play in Chuxiong. I chose this hotel. It was really unexpected. I like the design of the room very much. It is simple The wind is very warm. It's good for others. Staying for one night relieved the fatigue of the whole body. It's really comfortable. The hotel staff is also very good. They helped rescue a little wild cat. Thank you

I don't know whether it is the hired sailor writer or the platform promotion. I read a book recommendation. The result was so disappointing. Five-star fees without interstellar service! ! When we arrived around 12:00 in the morning, we were told that the previous guests had not yet checked out, so we put down our luggage and went out to eat. When I came back at 13:30, I was told that the cleaning had only started and it would take more than 40 minutes! There is no concierge at the front desk in the lobby, and our luggage is placed in the corner of the front desk the whole time! ! ! There are two service staff at the front desk, and an older lady has a black face all the time. I have been asked to change to another room that is smaller than the room I booked! Only those who stay at the upgrade have never heard of letting the guests stay at the downgrade! It's really funny. Because I have a child with me, the child is too young - I have been waiting, so I have to ask the front desk to show me the small apartment. The room I had booked had only just begun to be cleaned! After changing to a small apartment, I contacted the room service next night to let the water be released again in the evening. I was told that the water would only be released once in a day! ? Put money again! ! This was not told when I booked, and the front desk didn't mention it when I checked in! ! Five-star charges, with children who need more drinking water, was told that a small bottle of Nongfu Spring costs 6.00-bottle! ! ? I've never heard of five-star hotels charging extra for water refills in room service! What's even more weird is that the curtains at the door of the room on the second floor are actually short 𠄎 - a big cut! At night, the lights are all shining in, and there is no way to rest! ! In short, it is too disappointing! The facilities are not complete enough and the room rate of Interstellar standard is not charged, and the service is super bad after it is over!

I chose this unique hotel in Chuxiong. The courtyard style is very good. The rooms and yard are good. It is probably the best in Chuxiong. There is a commercial street near the hotel. There are not many shops and dining options are limited.

The hotel services and meals are of high standard, and there is a free gym. Elegant and gentle music is played in the lobby all the time, which makes us feel happy. When encountering some problems, the hotel manager can also solve them, so that we can live with peace of mind.
