The hotel service is not in place. I have a lot of luggage with a child and an elderly person. The staff did not take the initiative to help with the luggage. When I checked in, the front desk was expressionless. These are actually understandable and okay. I am probably tired at night, but from the beginning I didn't hear the most basic sentence from check-in to check-out, and I met other staff who were using the elevator to transport the mattress, which was delayed for a while. It looked very hard, and I was old. After finally checking into the room, One of them smelled very heavy. The doors and windows were open for a long time to ventilate. The sound of the TV and chat next door was very loud. I was on the road all day and didn’t have the strength to go down and change rooms. There is one more thing. , I ordered a lot of things when I was eating at the restaurant the next day, and I paid without checking it clearly, only to realize that some things were not included... I don't know if it was counted... Overall, it's okay, I hope to go again next time time to improve

Parking is convenient, probably the best hotel in Longtou town. The deluxe room is okay, it has been refurbished, and the facilities are relatively new. At least the real thing matches the picture. It is not bad to have such a hotel in such a small town. However, the pillows are not very good. In addition, it should be because of the recent renovation and the smell of formaldehyde.

The hotel facilities are outdated, but there is no better hotel to choose from in town, and the front desk service attitude is not very good. But the restaurant service on the third floor is very friendly, and the à la carte morning tea tastes good too.
