The staff were very friendly and welcoming, which made for a pleasant stay. It would have been even better if four bottles of drinking water were provided for the twin room, as that would have added a thoughtful touch. Everything else was perfect—especially the breakfast, which offered a wide variety of delicious options. One small concern: I noticed the overhead schedulers above the lobby sofa looked a bit precarious and could potentially fall. I intended to mention it to the staff, but my taxi arrived just as I was about to leave. If possible, please inform the hotel so they can address this for the safety of future guests.

Overall good experience

Excellent rooms and bathroom, breakfast with little variety and is very full at some times.
Excellent laundry, easy to use and free.
The first day they didn't clean our room, we had to call for them to.
The location is very good, opposite Wanda Plaza shopping center.
Although the reception is on the 5th floor, the 1st floor which is the entrance is very stinky to cigar, a bit annoying.
The staff is very attentive.

It is a fabulous property located close to all the major attractions in the city. The staff, service and rooms are excellent. Recommend it!
