I arrived at the hotel and was greeted with a warm smile. The location is exceptional, allowing for an easy walk to one of the best beaches in Saint Martin. While the property is not a luxury hotel, the pricing is fantastic. The rooms are very comfortable, and the air conditioning is wonderfully cool. Everything is in great working order, but above all, the staff is incredibly devoted, dedicated, and kind. Because of them, I will definitely return."

Sleep in your car before staying at this hotel
No Do not waste your time at this hotel, book across the road at sapphire, we booked for 3 nights, upon arrival the front door was so jammed staff had to open it, after paying and booked to the second floor they stated oh the lift is broken, I asked when it would be fixed “not any time soon” when we got back to our room after dinner as we just put bags in and left realized the bathroom had not been cleaned, there were no towels, no toilet paper ,tried to call, phone was broken, when to front desk and said they would send someone up, we went out for a walk came back nothing was done went back to the desk she said housekeeping had left for the day, I asked to move to another room, she said they had none however when we looked online they were some, just laziness, asked to speak to the manager desk said she would be in at 9. Told her we had no towels or toilet paper, she gave us 2 towels and a pack of kitchen napkins, I was so disgusted by this point and tired, cleaned the bathroom myself with hand sanitizer, only one of us could shower because it leaked so bad the other towel had to soak up the leak, all night people were coming and going friends of staff I assume, first thing asked for a refund we are checking out, told they aren’t able to give a refund because we booked on booking. Com which was a total lie we found out, they only get a commission it’s the hotel that issues refund, we checked out, and eventually got a refund and a little bonus from the ceo that he is blocking me from ever going there again and reporting me to booking.com , honestly I would sleep in my car or on the street before going back there, terrible hotel, front desk, management, the only nice person was the housekeeper that came in Saturday morning, she can only do so much with what they provided her

Cut & Cozy
recently flew into St maarten for a prick solo trip. I was looking for a small boutique type hotel preferably no pool! I planned on swimming in the ocean the whole time and without a pool it forces you to go to the water. Check In was super easy. They were so friendly I was room upgraded to my surprise which was great ! The room was simple, but cute. Very clean. Was just what I needed. It was very easy to find and I had a rental and everything was about 10 to 15 minutes without traffic. Also there is a burger joint restaurant in walking distance ! Highly recommend!

We stayed in a king bed room and overall had a mixed experience. On the plus side, the bed itself was very comfortable, and all the linens were clean and well-maintained throughout our stay.
However, the room showed some clear signs of needed upkeep several areas of the walls had chipped or worn paint that could use a fresh coat. More concerning was the bathroom: the shower was quite dirty and fell well below the standard we'd expect from a hotel.
I'd only recommend staying here if management addresses these maintenance and cleanliness issues, particularly in the bathrooms. The bones of a good stay are there, but it needs some attention.

The elevator was out of service claiming 2 set of stairs with suitcases not fun
Ac took to long to cool room .. room was hot when we checked in . try use phone inside room to call front desk phone is not working had to walk back down 2 set of stairs just for a extra towel
