Nature and charm
Casa Galu is an incredibly beautiful and peaceful place. Its cabins are built in the forest with respect for nature, both the animals and the forest itself. At night, the sound of the sea lulls you to sleep. The food is delicious, and chefs Laura and Daniel are extraordinary people. Thomas is always kind and helpful with anything you need. It's a truly warm and welcoming atmosphere; you feel right at home. I highly recommend this place if you're looking for peace and quiet and relaxation. They we're also extremely helpful with my changes of reservation due to health emergencies, thank you Thomas.

Simply spectacular!
Our stay at Casa Galú was simply spectacular.
From the moment we arrived in Capurganá, Katia and Gianfranco made us feel at home. They welcomed us at the port, were attentive to every detail throughout our stay, and in the end, they also accompanied us for the return transfer. Their attention was truly exceptional.
The rooms are beautiful, comfortable, spotless, and have a wonderful view. Every day we found the room perfectly organized, clean, and ready for rest.
The food deserves special mention. Every meal was delicious, prepared with great care and attention. We truly enjoyed every breakfast, lunch, and dinner.
What impressed us the most was the human quality of Katia and Gianfranco. Always attentive, kind, and ensuring that we were comfortable. They made us feel so well taken care of that at times we felt embarrassed to receive so much dedication and affection. It is one of those places where one truly feels pampered and cared for.
Additionally, the hotel is very well located, close to the village and one of the most beautiful beaches in the area, making everything even more practical and enjoyable.
Casa Galú is not just a beautiful hotel; it is a warm, welcoming, and memorable experience thanks to the people who make it possible. Without a doubt, we would return and recommend it with our eyes closed.

Casa Galu is the perfect place to stay in Capurganá!
Casa Galú is a beautiful secluded hotel in Capurganá. The views from our room were spectacular, and our stay was impeccable! My boyfriend booked this hotel to celebrate my birthday, and the owner and the staff went above and beyond to make it extra special. On the night of my birthday, they decorated the dining room with flowers and birthday-themed decorations, baked a cake, and gave us a bottle of wine as a present to celebrate—a special mention to the chefs Laura and Daniel. They ensure that all the ingredients are fresh and local (they grow all the vegetables and fruits on their organic farm) and cook deliciously and passionately. We enjoyed their company!
The hotel is spotless, and the rooms are comfortable and eco-friendly. Considering that in Capurganá, it is impossible to drink water from the tap, the hotel kindly provides filtered water during your stay. The manager can arrange local tours and transportation. Since Casa Galú is surrounded by nature, you can watch houling monkeys and birds from the garden. Defo a six-stars service!

Blissful stay!
This was my second stay at Casa Galú and on both occasions the service was top notch from Charlie, Thomas (August 2022) and from Monica & Alba last week.
Nothing was an issue, the rooms are gorgeous and everything looks as new as it did on my first stay - which is not easy being in the jungle & by the sea!
I especially loved all the animal spotting, over the two stays I’ve seen howler monkeys, an anteater, iguanas, colourful frogs & an assortment of birds.
There are quite a few steps up to the cabins/restaurant so maybe not for those with mobility issues, however so worth it to be immersed in the jungle & the opportunity to spot so much wildlife.
Dinners were delicious with Daniel & Laura from @fincafeelfree

Spectacular experience
Excellent to disconnect, close to the beach, away from noise, delicious food and very good service.
We traveled with our 16-month-old baby and she slept deliciously in the crib, she experienced many flavors, and she enjoyed the fish...
The people are very friendly and careful with the environment.
