Relax time

The hostal is close to the center of sapzurro but in a natural place. The view is Amazing and the owner is very helpfull. There is two other people who work here (Sylvia and Miguel) and they will help you as much as possible. We slept in one private room for 6 days. We slept whithout fan because the temperature was perfect, and with the sound of waves. There is also a basic kitchen to cook. I really recommand this place to stay in Sapzurro !

Disconcerting

We did not have a good experience, we booked by Booking almost a month before, Days before they wanted to cancel the reservation because they needed an advance, although we had already made that reservation with the credit card, I did not see in time that email and we arrived the planned day absolutely soaked (suitcases and us) because Sapzurro arrives by boat and we were not prepared for a downpour during the trip, desperate to stay, dry and spread the clothes that got wet. The lady did not respect our reservation, had given the room to other guests and offered us a more rustic, slightly cheaper room which we accepted amid the torrential shower that kept falling.
Although the next day we could have taken the room we had originally booked, we moved to another accommodation.

ABSOLUTELY DISAPPOINTING

ABSOLUTELY DISAPPOINTING. The room we were accommodated in does not respond to the photos you see of the place. The kitchen is not well equipped - there is not even how to make coffee, besides not being very clean. The fridge was in a deplorable state we dared not cook. We went with younger children and it is not a pleasant space for them. Worst of all, Mrs Mariluz is rude, offers no solutions and makes you want to leave the place as soon as you arrive. The only thing nice about El Chileno is the Chilean Alberto himself.

Stayed here for two nights, it was okay considering the remoteness of this area. There were two double beds with mosquito nets and a toilet with shower. Only had shower water one day because town water is unreliable. The was a bucket shower and and for flushing the toilet. Electricity is out late at night. Place could have been cleaner, there were dead flies on a shelf unit and dirt on the toilet. There are dorms and hammocks for less money and camping space is available.

ES UNA ESTAFA
Realizamos una reserva por 4 noches para 7 personas las fotos lindas en la pagina pero.... al llegar hasta los lugareños se asombraban que reserváramos allí, suciedad, desorden y mala presentación predominaron al solo llegar, las habitaciones y las camas sucias y con mal olor, llenas de tierra y no son colchones, son colchonetas, nos tocó buscar habitación en otro lugar que sin dudar fue una maravilla.
