Unforgettable family vacations

It has been a wonderful experience over the last 5 days. The rooms are very nice and well-equipped, the food has been delicious, and the hotel staff has been extremely warm and welcoming. We have felt at home and I can say that we are sad to leave. Ahh, and the tours have also been incredible. We hope to return very soon. Truly, this beautiful place and its people have exceeded our expectations. I traveled alone with my 4 younger daughters and everyone has been very attentive to us. They have pampered us as if we were at home.

Excellent.

The place is cute and cozy, the food is Italian and overall is good, the drinks are also delicious. The restaurant is close to the beaches, the prices are affordable and it turns out to be a different option if you want dishes other than fish.

POSADA DEL GECKO - SUPER RECOMENDACION PARA HOSPEDAJE EN CAPURGANA

La atención del personal de la posada es impecable, desde la llegada al puerto estan muy atentos a ubicarte hasta el lugar. Los tours son muy agradables, sin afanes y los guias tienen una excelente disposicion y sentido del humor.
Las instalaciones son muy aseadas, organizadas y ofrecen servicio de restaurante, la comida es deliciosa y en enormes cantidades.
La ubicacion del lugar permite visitar sitios muy agradables en la noche.
Sin duda, una experiencia muy agradable.
Staffs are very welcoming at the hostal and their attention is impeccable, from the moment you step on the port to the time you get to the room they are friendly and helpful. The tours are awesome full of fun and enjoyable, the tour guide stff is very patient and full of joy. The place is super clean, organized and they also offer services of restaurants, and to be honest the food is amazing and lots of it, can´t leave the place hungry. The location of Posada El Gecko allows you to have an incredible night due to the closeness to the beach where sunsets are breathtaking. The best place to visit in Capurgana... no doubts of going back.

Terrible slow service

2 hour wait with no apology before the 1st dish came out. Pizza was good but not worth the wait. Asking for the bill they struggled to split it and didn't have any change and couldn't use card........ better options close by

Decent guest house

The place is well located not far from high street and little shops and bakerys, it is important to know that there is a bar restaurant in the place itself and therefore there is music going on until 1am, personal is friendly and helpful, you can get pizza and beer or other drinks in this place.
