The rudeness at all.

Really bad hotel. The rooms were warm and if you opened the window the exhaust fumes would come in. The traffic noise was unbearable.
When I left a bad review for the Booking, the hotel attacked me claiming that I had used the room for sex and caused a fuss, which is a blatant lie. They also claimed that I would not have been charged COP 20,000 for my friend's visit for 15 minutes.
Also the hotel location is very insecure and ugly.

Clean hotel but unsafe neighborhood

The hotel was clean and cute. The people working there were really nice and let us keep our luggage there after check-out. However the beds were a little uncomfortable, the noise from the street was very loud at night, and the neighborhood was not safe. We didn’t know anything about the neighborhood (it’s in el centro) before arriving, but multiple drivers told us that it was too unsafe to walk around. One driver told us we could go to the corner but not to walk anywhere else in this neighborhood.

Poca professionalità.attenzione alle foto mostrate…non è quella la camera che vi danno!

L hostello e’ modernissimo per essere in colombia,tra l atro stile giovane e colorato.ma ho dato punteggio medio per la poca correttezza dei gestori .ho prenotato una camera deluxe in offerta tra l atro mostrata in foto da loro con grande finestra ma all arrivo dopo tante scuse mi volevano dare una standard con una piccola finestra.dopo molte contrattazioni alla fine (visto che dovevo lavorare)ho pagato supplemento e ottenuto una doppia con grande finestra.alla fine hanno vinto loro(anche se il prezzo era buono per noi europei).
