Victor Front desk guy is very kind, always smiling. Restaurant staff is very polite, room clean and comfortable. Hotel location is really good.

Great stay,few staff but great

I have to congratulate the personal who took care of us, night and day, Manuela in front desk, Kevin in kitchen( and all over)and Michell in breakfast, along with the rest of the staff( sorry for not remembering you guys) but they help us a lot.
even though we arrived before check-in time, my girlfriend and I were given a room from the new floor remodeled within few minutes waiting while we order a sandwich. room was nice, bed exelente, pillows and bathroom very neat; the only thing to complaint about was the last night the AC went out about 2 am and the lady in front desk offered us another room or a fan, we took the fan and she delivered by her self (because she was the only one on duty, no engineer or some one else to help her ) right away; we had also the room telephone down and they couldn't reach us when our food we ordered was ready to pick up and Kevin delivered.
It's clear that the hotel works under staff and we were witness of it, so guy of management, pay attention to it because you have great employees, help them.
