The property is well located and the staff is excellent. The rooms are confortable , but need some updating and conditioning. The rroom shades make it dificult to sleep longer. Price and breakfast included is a good option.

The property was very clean. However just realize that it’s a very outdated hotel. If no better hotels are available, you’re probably better off just renting an airbnb to be honest. Staff were kind but the hotel had some strange regulations and customs. They charge you to have friends come to your room for a brief visit, for example. Felt like I was being watched. Power was out one night for many hours, no backup generator, room became unbearably hot. Overall just kind of a strange experience.

They have a good size pool, closed to the gym there is a pool table and a pin pon table. i did not have time to try a massage.

I stayed at the Chicamocha Hotel in Colombia, and they use a taxi transportation system for tourists. We used this service, and the charges were extremely excessive and exploitative.

Place is OK. But quite a few issues too. First off, very poor wifi. Virtually non functioning. Secondly, no hot water the last day. Third, first hotel ever in colombia thar bans food delivery and recommends their own restaurant instead. Whcoh,btw, wasnt good.
