Classic and central hotel

It is a somewhat old hotel, with very spacious and comfortable rooms. Reasonable price for what it offers. Very good breakfast. Like any center, somewhat worn; but still, for my taste, perfect to stay close to everything.

Truly fine until we decided to have a bite in their restaurant

Room is really fine, good service and breakfast, BUT...
Last night we went to eat in their restaurant. It was a horrible experience: the waiter knew nothing about red wine and gave us 2 glasses of an Italian liquor! 39% alcohol. We then ordered beer wich came in cans.
While my wife was eating her terribly hammered 'steak' I was waiting for my cazuela. It appeared the waiter didn't get my order... We left immediately the 'restaurant', a totale disgrace, I never experienced in my entire (64 yo)life.

Pleasant

Very central location, attention from very friendly staff, food in the good place.
Clean rooms and very nice beds.
The bathroom is clean and modern.
It has a lift and breakfast is included in the daily rate.

excellent value for the price

Only two blocks from the main cathedral in Bucaramanga so it is downtown. Lots of activity in the daytime but the staff recommended that we not go out at night. This was a last minute decision but I was very pleased with the accommodations. The staff was friendly and I would definitely recommend this hotel. It doesn't look like much from the outside but the room was spacious and well furnished with hot water and air conditioner.

Excelente atención muy acomedidos muy bonitas las instalaciones el restaurante muy lindo excelentes platos y muy buena atención en el mismo muy lindo el hotel me gustó el parquedero amplio y lo mejor de todo es que es serca al hotel
