Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. Boats leave at 8:00 and return to Cartagena at 15:30, depending on the weather. The boat transfer service is not included, it can be purchased for an additional fee, contact the hotel for coordination. Guests arriving by vehicle should use an all-terrain vehicle since the road is bumpy and deteriorated. The property reserves the right to transport pregnant women on board. The hotel transfer fee is not included in the rate. 1. The access to the Hotel has uncovered sections which in the rainy season can deteriorate a little, therefore special care must be taken with low vehicles, however all our vehicles are SUV type. 2. On the way to the hotel, if you come in your car, local vendors who offer services to go to Playa Blanca may approach and follow you, keep in mind that these people, not having training to deal with tourism, can generate an image of siege, not There is no reason to worry if they approach your vehicle, they just want to offer their services. 3.
