This hotel is not like in the pictures shown in Expedia . The pool was a puddle with ants and it was dirty, as a swamp and we didn’t enjoy any of the amenities because it felt as a health hazard the same as the jacuzzis. The top floor with the sun beds in the rooftop were horrible not well mantained and dirty. When we did the check in they advised us that breakfast was from 6:30 am- 10:00 am when we woke up on the next day to eat our breakfast they told us it had ended at 9:00am.
The room was filthy, the walls were full of black mold, the restroom had mice and roaches traps. The WiFi connection was not working and we couldn’t see tv at night and or utilize our phones.
The staff was not customer service oriented at all. It was a horrible and abusive experience.

One of the worse experiences I have ever had. Sadly, they didn’t do anything to resolve the situation. The room they had for me should be a storage area and defiantly not a room. The room had a terrible smell, one of the smallest bathrooms ever. I just left and went and rented at another hotel. Absolutely no attempt to resolve this issue.

Room was small but ok for a one night stay. The check in process was a bit uncomfortable as the staff asked for payment and it was already prepaid. I had a receipt as proof but they could not verify, so I had to get online and contact Expedia customer service who called hotel. It took some time and it was late and very hot since there is no AC in reception area. The breakfast was good and the bed pretty comfortable, which can be hard to find in Colombia.
