Hotel Faranda is hands down the absolute best choice when visiting Cúcuta. The entire property and rooms are super clean and exceptionally well maintained. From the moment you check in, the staff is always helpful, attentive, and ready to assist with anything you need.
The dining experience is another major highlight—the restaurant consistently serves delicious food, and the complimentary breakfast is amazing with a great variety to start your day. Highly recommended to anyone looking for a comfortable and top-tier stay in Cúcuta!

New Hotel in cucuta. Great double bedroom suite, lovely room, great beds, kitchen shower coldish but OK, roof top restaurant lovely, food great, pool small but ok to cook off in, great for little kids.

Breakfast is super fresh and delicious .
Rooms are big and clean and comfortable, the stuff is great and very friendly, location is great, overall we had a great time. we had not been to the bank yet so no cash to get a taxi and the security guy gave me money to pay for 😍 awesome people , we really enjoyed our stay at this hotel . Beautiful place.

Spectacular
I have been fortunate enough to have traveled many places, and I can say that the beds and pillows of this hotel are among the best. Just for that and the care and hospitality I have repeated the experience.

Excellent service and attention
I am deeply happy and grateful to have chosen this hotel for such a special occasion. For 6 days we lived a simply perfect experience. It wasn't just any trip... it was the reunion with my parents after 10 years, and everything had to be SPECTACULAR. And it did.
From the first moment in Faranda, we felt something different. The service is truly exceptional. I wish I could name every single person who made this possible, but there are many... and everyone, absolutely everyone, deserves recognition.
From the security staff at the entrance, always attentive; the maintenance girls, impeccable; the repair crew, efficient; the receptionists, friendly and warm; to the restaurant boys... waiters are a love of people I say love deserve everything in this world we will miss them without a doubt
A very special thanks to the Loyal chef and the hotel manager, who together with the whole team demonstrated what it really means to love the service, take care of every detail and provide quality with your heart.
Thank you infinitely for making these days such a wonderful thing. But above all, thank you for turning my mom's 80th birthday into an unforgettable moment. That gesture will remain forever in our lives.
