Buen hotel

Lo utilizamos como hotel de paso, el parqueadero es dentro del hotel, y si admiten mascotas, aunque lo único que no me gustó es que cobrasen por admitir a la mascota ($25.000), que en mi caso es un gato. Adicionalmente, el señor de la recepción era demasiado insistente con los protocolos, que esta bien pero uno puede llegar a sentirse incomodo. Por otra parte todo esta bien, el aseo, las camas, el televisor, y el desayuno.

Perfecto

Trabajando en Duitama fue fácil ver que era un buen destino para descansar, la recepción fue muy agradable siempre atenta para un buen servicio, hotel nuevo, ducha caliente y con ganas de aportar al medio ambiente, ilustraciones y planes de turismo, en sus áreas y la mejor disponibilidad siempre, buen precio. Muy recomendado.

Atención super

Un lugar muy bonito limpio acogedor y lo más importante con una atención súper chévere de parte de todo el equipo con un desayuno tipo americano delicioso felicitaciones, las habitaciones muy bonitas y limpias y cuenta con habitaciones ejecutivas

Sencillo pero muy acogedor

Estuvimos de paso en Duitama y encontramos este hotel ubicado a la entrada. Las habitaciones son limpias, el servicio incluye parqueadero y desayuno. La atención fue lo que más nos gustó, en la noche nos ofrecieron café y aguapanela, en la mañana el desayuno muy rico y luego nos dieron una pequeña guía turística de las poblaciones cercanas a Duitama.
El personal es muy amable y atento. Un punto por mejorar es el parqueadero, el cual es actualmente compartido y es abierto, aunque informaron que próximamente será cerrado y exclusivo del hotel.
Recomendado para viajes de negocios o para quienes por turismo requieran una opción económica y con buena ubicación.

Pet friendly, comido, atentos

Es un hotel donde te dejan estar con tu mascota, ya con eso para mí tiene cinco estrellas, habitaciones cómodas, limpias, excelente ubicación y muy atentos y sobre todo el hecho que te dejen estar con tu mascota habla muy bien de la sensibilidad de sus políticas. Muchas gracias, ojala hubieran más hoteles así.
