The hotel was comfortable, the pool was huge, we were able to play villar Pool, Ping pong, and Rana.

My total experience this time was very bad in sheets toilet roomsla in attention and service to wing table,

A broken sheet on the first day of the lodging, breakfast orders were not taken correctly, "lousy service" bad at the bar table, it is always time to look for the reception wing, the toilet of the rooms was regular, in the pool toilet there was no cleaning, there was no change of sheets in the rooms,

Poor care and horrible rooms

Awful attention smell of pipe in the room careless old furniture insecure people in the halls touching their intimate parts the worst experience I don't recommend it to anyone everything is without toilet there is nothing worse they don't attend to the guest x q no staff

You can't sleep...

It is a 2 to 3 star hotel:
First the noise of music, partying and disorder does not allow sleeping or resting and there are no hotel staff who can control this so the guest complains.
Segundi Because of the carelessness and oldness of his furniture.
Breakfast and staff are good because they are friendly, but we were wrong to choose it because it was the worst experience.

DISAPPOINTED IN POOR SERVICE HOTEL ALBATROS

Too bad that the hotel has rooms a little left, I had to ask for the change of mattress because it was like party, humidity in the closet, the pool by theme of the children is very good, but the toilet is not the best, on the bottom has a green slat. Let’s say that’s in the background, but the customer service by reception is deplorable, actually the ladies who attend are more aware of the cel than giving a service, they answer you by whatapp I think what occurs to them, I don’t know who owns it, but we evidence that more than one. What a pity that actually the owner has tatas neglected areas, I imagine what a good place at the time, now is noticeable by the number of people who visit it in addition to the bad environment.... Zero and zero to bad service
