Best in Girardot

Second time at this Hotel, Sept 2022 and March 2023 Bussiness and pleasure. From the moment we checked in, Staff members were ready to help and assist, with information, meals even emails and photo copies what a relieved, like everywere some are more helpful than others for instance Rodrigo Vallecilla knows the area like no bodys business and Benjamin Orozco what a pleasure always willing to "serve beyond the call of duty"

Very expensive for service

a Hotel with good location, but very poorly managed. Front desk staff have no knowledge of Customer Service. Breakfast is mediocre. The gym has no maintenance and the air conditioning is useless, so exercising in such heat is impossible. The air conditioning in the room is old and noisy. He had come to the Hotel several times, and now you can see how they are reducing costs, even in the quality of the coffee they serve and in the lack of maintenance of the facilities

Terrible experience in the restaurant of the Hotel Unión de Girardot

Despite not being staying at the hotel, we went to lunch as on a previous occasion. Even though there were very few diners, the wait was very long. At the waiter's suggestion I ordered the house burger, a terrible choice, the meat looked like cardboard, the bread was hard and the vegetables were wilted. After the first bite I returned the dish, they didn't ask me the reason or offer me any alternative, of course they didn't charge me. It's a shame, because the hotel is beautiful and when we visited it we enjoyed a delicious lunch. Due to the poor service I will neither return nor recommend it.

Great Family Lunch

Highly recommended. Great service, food and ambience. Prices affordable. Passion fruit Salmon and flan delicious. We will definitly come back. The hotel offers parking if you go to the restaurant even thought you are not registered at the hotel.

DO NOT STAY HERE - EVER!!

Please book any other hotel. This was the worst place possible to stay. I asked multiple times if the hotel was quiet and was assured that the rooms were insulated and were very quiet. I asked when I was given a room by the street if I would hear street noise. I was told not to worry the rooms were very quiet. Friday night they had a party until 11 PM. I thought it would be off. Then they rented out their restaurant on Saturday until 1 AM. I understand this happens all the time. So either your are a rental party facility or you are a hotel. HOTELS should CARE about the service provided to their guests. The music was so LOUD there is no possible way I can sleep until the “party” is over. And they had NO CONCERN that I would not be able to go to sleep until after their party was over. So NEVER EVER EVER STYA AT THIS HOTEL. WORST EVER. I wish I could give it a negative number.
