Be careful: serious water problem in this hotel

We booked three nights at this hotel. The experience could have been nice (although it is a half hour walk from the center of Guaduas, the hotel is comfortable and well decorated, and the neighborhood is pleasant).
Unfortunately, there is one serious problem: there is no water in this hotel. You have to ask the administrator to open a registry, but when she is absent, and this happened to us (there was no administration in the hotel, and she did not answer the phone), there is no way to have water.
This is unacceptable. The experience had that great discomfort.
