Everything was perfect if I’m being honest! The cabin was exactly like the pictures & the view was extravagant it’s was a great birthday celebration. The private beach was even more beautiful the views from the restaurants to the pool just everything was 10/10

B-day get away

This cabaña is a dream stay, they are equipped with everything you need for vacation, amazing views, great contact with the nature. The breakfast was good.

The master bedroom had a nice view but bathroom wall had a big hole. Second bedroom had now windows and therefore it had an old damp smell. Had to sleep with door open because the the mold smell and fumes. The hotel expected adults to sleep on bump beds. Had to pay extra 130 dollars to get a decent room so 50 year old woman didn’t have to climb a ladder to go to bed. Breakfast was excellent everything else a big disappointment.

First and only time I go to LUXE

Good afternoon, my name is Catalina Ramirez, I was staying this weekend, in one of the cabins of Luxe, I tell you that it is FIRST AND ONLY TIME we go to this Hotel, I was really impressed with the Service so bad, starting because they were going to send me for the last cabin that looked like a house in the woods, zero sight, there was no hot water to bathe, that breakfast so poor, it looked like a breakfast that prepares one from home and finally that I demand for check out, we were sent the motorathon without finishing organizing when the girl of the reception knew that only until 11 in the morning they deigned to attend us to use the kayak and paddleboard, which we used 1 hour
Service? Exclusivity? none of the above that poor attention, what if extravagant is the price they charge for a night, because even access to common areas charge it, how abusive
I will never recommend this hotel to anyone, and I will give them the baddest publicity I can.
