Very nice and clean. Breakfast was excellent. Rooms are very large and spacious. If you’re driving and using maps apps beware that they might have you stop across the street and it’s about a 7 minute drive to get back where you need to be It’s a unique place and worth the money

Good hotel

Good hotel. Very large and spacious rooms with everything necessary. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Breakfast is very good.

Much to be desired

The hotel is nice and the destination is generally nice, but the experience left much to be desired. I found the staff unfriendly, the WiFi does not work properly and the room keys fail frequently. In addition, they do not offer complimentary water, which is uncomfortable, as everything must be paid.

Wow, outstanding service from Angela and Lina . They were on top of every detail on my reservation. I am very pleased to have you guys very good services. Breakfast was so delicious room very clean. I will give you 100% outstanding Services thank you thank you so much.

“Premium suite” with windows to a dark interior place? Incredible and I was charged US$10 more than the advertised $118 (not including Colombian taxes (in total I was charged $128 for the room for a total of $154 including the 19% tax) What a rip off!
