A rest home

It is a wonderful, peaceful and quiet place, the owners are super friendly and thanks to them the place remains calm, sound devices are not allowed which ensures that calm. Reading other comments they are totally erroneous experiences and it is clear that they are people who do not understand the point of an Ecohotel, this is a place to rest, reconnect with nature and get away from all the hassles. I would 100% return, it is a very pleasant home, the weather is delicious and they make you feel at home.

Terrible treatment and possible scam attempt.

Our reservation was canceled by the hotel unilaterally, minutes before check-in.
When we booked, we were told that payment would be made at check-in. Two days before, a person pretending to be from the hotel contacted us by WhatsApp to demand that we make a 20% deposit to a bank account of a natural person.
Fearing that it was a fraud, we refused to do so and asked that they contact us only through the booking platform.
Through the platform's messaging, they again demanded payment by bank transfer, to which we indicated that we would only make the payment through the platform.
The hotel indicated that they did not guarantee our reservation. However, the reservation was still confirmed on the platform.
When we arrived at La Vega minutes before check-in, we received a message, through the platform's messaging, to indicate that the reservation had been cancelled.
It was a very stressful time for my family. I was traveling with two other adults and three children and we had to look for accommodation at the last minute.
Since the reservation was still confirmed, I had to request by phone that they cancel it on the platform, so that it would not appear as if I had not shown up.
Overall, a very unpleasant experience.
I consider it a deplorable way of treating clients and I wonder what is behind these demands to make payments directly to bank accounts via WhatsApp.

A wonderful place in the middle of nature!!!

It is a wonderful, quiet and cozy place. It is perfect if what you want is to be at peace with yourself and the planet!!! The food is delicious and the service is top-notch, they are always attentive to what you need. I recommend it without thinking!!!

It's a super quiet place! If the plan is to escape stress and connect with nature. The food is very delicious and the facilities are in very good condition. They really do their best, everyone's attention was very good. We will definitely return!

NOT WORTH IT !!

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE! As soon as we arrived, the owner came in scolding us, the whole time she spoke badly to us, she was angry at us asking if there was a shower or a television, when we went to order lunch she refused everything... We had to leave. I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT AT ALL! And the place is not as they show it in their photos! There is nothing on the farm!!
