Exelente

Esta muy cerca al aeropuerto no nesecite taxi, muy amables, buena experencia, super economico, sí prestan servicio de tranporte, las habitaciones son amplias, comodad todo estuvo super bien,guardan el equipaje

horrible

They don't accept me. She said "we dont have water". But my reservation was still there. She can whatsapp me with this info, but she didn't. When i get there, she treats me like a dog. She don't want to talk to me or help me at all, i was there in the night alone and don't know where to go. Booking.com should delete this company from their website. You can't treat your guests like this.

Passing through the Amazon

Marcela is lovely and makes you feel at home. The accommodation is very close to the airport (you can walk) and also to the center of Leticia, which you can reach on foot or by tuc-tuc. The room has a fan and although it does not have breakfast, it is a very cozy and well located place.

Terrible experience

I rate my experience 1 out of 5 the hotel is far from any location, is not on a secure zone and on top of that the rooms can be unlocked by anyone if they open the room window which is very easy to do. If you have anything of value, dont stay here. If you need internet dont stay here. If you want a great location dont stay here.
Lejos de todo, mal servicio e inseguridad. No se queden aca.

Pésimo, nada recomendable en ningún aspecto un desastre

Llegamos y no había dirección, el teléfono era diferente, ningún trasportador conocía el sitio, la ubicación el sitio desagradable, la coordinadora descortés, ante el problema con la reserva y el pago, no ayudaba a solucionar sino a discutir, nada recomendable, mala impresión, nada agradable.
