Absolutely recommend this beautiful hotel

We absolutely loved this place! The most beautiful hotel, perfectly built into the surrounding jungle in a way that allows wildlife to thrive around it! Lovely, helpful staff and good breakfasts! Appreciated free water refill and fans not air con. Will definitely stay here again if we are back

Worthless and way too expensive

Don't get why this is so well judged. Rooms are very well accommodated, poorly finished and beds not top. Shower works but also poorly finished. Breakfast sucks. Dirty sausage, bad coffee, dirty sandwiches. You have to ask for egg... never again! Better options

Comfortable hotel for a good night's sleep

A very comfortable hotel, we only stayed one night before our amazon tour but seems like a nice place for multiple nights. We had a very good breakfast, staff were helpful even with my veyr limited spanish. It's a 10 minute walk or easy tuc-tuc to downtown.

A Leticia oasis

This hotel is so pretty with rooms surrounding a garden and cats loitering everywhere. Breakfast included many choices and was tasty. Some rooms have air conditioning. Showers are only cool water which makes sense given Leticias temperatures. Hotel offers beers, soda, and laundry for a little extra. Within walking distance to both downtown and the airport.

Clean hotel and friendly staff

Clean hotel, great breakfast buffet, friendly staff they were patient with our language barrier.
Couple of things to remember most hotels in Leticia will not have hot water but given the temperature it was fine for us.
Hotel is 10-15 mins walk from the center but the hotel staff helped us with tuk-tuk.
Overall pleasant experience for us
