Very nice and clean property the pool is very nice. Location is perfect right in the heart of Leticia. I felt safe.

This was not a self catering arrangement, so there was no kitchen. There are endless amenities, including grocery stores, shops, and eating places within the immediate vicinity. If you wanna filling breakfast for less than a dollar head down to the Mercado next to the pier and tuck in to some arroz con Pollo for about $.80 US

The room with "coutyard view" was a room with a window facing the interior of the hall. I complained. I was told that was my room. I complained again, showing the pictures amd description from expedia. Nowhere on Expedia it says that there are room without a window facing outside. I was eventually moved to a room with a regular window, but with a not-working shower.
The place is a dump.

This place has a good location near many places but inside the place needs a little more attention to the property for example tv signal was terrible only a few channels wich you can’t see nothing due anthena conexion also pool need more cleaning during the day bathroom need to be separate from toilet.. bed need to have a rug

Clean room and fairly large, quiet place. The pool is beautiful.
