What an amazing hotel! The staff were very helpful and friendly. They helped with literally EVERY request with a timely manner. Great location as well. Comfortable and clean room. Shoutout to Oscar!

The best hotel in Medellin.

Wonderful hotel, very nice, very clean, and the breakfast is very good. The only downside is the Wi-Fi, at least on my 5th floor.

Would definitely be back

I don’t even know where to begin, this hotel made our wedding weekend absolutely perfect. My family and friends were blown away by how kind, attentive, and helpful the entire staff was. Every person we met treated us like family. They solved every issue before it even became a problem and went above and beyond in every possible way.
The food was incredible, the service was flawless, and the warmth we felt made this place feel like home. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience.

Staff is always attentive and helpful. This is my go-to hotel in Medellín and they (Oscar in particular) recognize me and basically treat me like royalty-and I am for from that, but it is nice to enjoy it nonetheless.

I had an excellent stay at First Class Hotel. I’m giving it 5 stars because the staff was consistently helpful and professional, the housekeeping team kept the rooms spotless, and the overall property was very well maintained.
I especially appreciated the extra assistance with my Rappi food delivery orders — staff kindly helped coordinate and bring them up to my room, which made things very convenient.
The property also felt safe and secure throughout my stay, which gave me real peace of mind. I would definitely stay here again.
