Great location

It has a very good location, close to Provemza, restaurants and clubs. Very comfortable room, and breakfast included very good. The staff were courteous and friendly and willing to orient.

Very friendly and helpful staff, breakfast was awesome and always served with a happy smiling face.Area is very noisy, you could hear people taking in the hall and stairs 😊.

First night AC was not working had to wait until next day for a room to be available with AC. Staff did what they could. Breakfast was very good I really enjoyed that. Rooms were clean.

Check your accommodation in Medellín carefully.

It is a hotel that requires a lot of maintenance. The room feels very cramped and has windows facing a very ugly courtyard. The breakfast is not very varied and lacks flavor. However, the good disposition and attention of the staff stand out.

This was the lousiest hotel I have ever stayed in, at 6:30 the chairs from breakfast started, then all day the motorcycle delivery men use this street as a hangout between delivers till about 9-10pm once they quiet down the music from a club starts till 1 am. Don’t book here if you like to sleep in, go to bed early or take naps. On the other hand if you are here to party the staff was great and the room more than satisfactory. Also the internet is basically useless for 4 days of my visit. If you do stay here DO Not stay on the 5th floor and not a room to the front of the building. That would likely solve a great deal of my issues.
