. AVOID this hotel at all costs!!!!

Horrible, the worst. AVOID this hotel at all costs. This hotel intentionally shut off hot water from all rooms. There are homeless people sleeping just outside the entrance. This place is NOT SAFE and, most importantly, the management is not honest; in fact, they lie directly to you. On the day of departure, I left my room with my bags ready to go to the bank. Five minutes later, I arrived and found a cleaning girl, but my bags, computers, cell phones, credit cards and passport were out of order. I strongly recommend that you ignore any pathetic comments this hotel posts about my experience. Cockroaches, no wifi, the elevator works at most 50% of the time, a really dangerous area. But when I have hotel employees in my room, stealing my belongings and checking my belongings, that's stepping out of line. Do not book this hotel under any circumstances. The overweight passive-aggressive woman who works at the front desk is a thief and a dishonest one. AVOID THIS HOTEL

Room was tiny, no hot shower water, broken and not working hot sink faucet, toulet wouldn't flush propery, stains on the bed and covers and they charged 20,000 pesos to have a guest in ypir room. All ridiculous. Ended up buying a room at the gallery hotel up the street and stayed there instead.

There is no spa. This hotel has shut off all hot water in the entire building. Showering is not Luke warm water, it is ice cold. The water pressure barely flushes the toilet. Roaches in the room and bed

I booked from nov 20-25 2 different rooms and no hot water.. i stayed 1 night and check out n3xt morning..they couldn't fixed the problem of hot water... and they wont give u a refund back.. worst hotel ever..DONT STAY THERE
