We stayed here in early 2023 and enjoyed the hotel. So it made sense to stay once again in February 2024. However we were disappointed. The toilet seat was not attached to the toilet. There was a used bar of soap on the floor of the shower and its wrapper on the floor of the bathroom from previous guests. Finally, the shower drain was clogged which meant we needed to stop showering to keep the water from overflowing the shower basin.

Small and cozy hotel in a residential area close to nice restaurants. Veru good service but there was an incident regarding room tax that should have been free for non colombian nationals, it was solved but affected and otherwise very good stay

No place for single travellers

My colleague in Pasto checked the hotel for me and made reservations because the room they showed him was bright and nice. It seemed ok quality for the price, but they put me in the smallest, most uncomfortable, cold and humid room.
Staff apparently has instructions to put single travellers in that room despite having other rooms free. I asked for another than that humid dark room but they wouldn't give it. After a night suffering from the cold I asked again but they commented there were no other options available. When we asked check out time to change hotel all of a sudden it was possible to change. On that moment booking.com showed 3 rooms free. The other room (still not the one they showed my colleague) was okay but since the curtains are very thin the strong lanterns in the street make night seem like day.
For the rest: the hotel is okay, a little old fashioned wrt its interior, but clean. The small room and other rooms on that ground floor are quite noisy due to proximity to reception and restaurant. Breakfast is fruit, egg and a croissant. They could have offered me something else when I told my stomach can't digest croissants, but they didn't.
Staff was okay (apart from lying about room availability), some of them very nice and attentive (like the sweet boy at night shift). He made an effort to make my stay comfortable. If only his bosses had that attitude. ...
