They cancelled last minute now hard to get refund

Looks like I am not the only one. My poor rating is because I made a reservation 8 months in advance, but the hotel cancelled my reservation just two weeks before arriving. I prepaid with credit card, through WhatsApp they said they would refund via bank transfer. It seems they had problems transferring to a US bank, now I get no reply. Not a good experience with them as a business

Cancelled on us - 6 days notice!

We planned our entire vacation - 10 hour flights from Berlin Germany, 9000km - around this visit. They cancelled our booking 6 days notice. Apparently, I read reviews elsewhere that indicated similar past incidents. We booked this almost 4 months in advance.

Don't go here!!

Don't go here!! The service was terrible, poor hygiene, cockroaches everywhere, and they charge you 10 times more for drinks and then lie about it when you ask if they want to correct it. Be carefull

Scammers!! Very very bad!

Don’t go here, they scam you with payments!! We got 2 mango juices and they charged us 360.000 pesos while they said it was 36.000 pesos. We tried to contact them and they recognize the payment refuse to correct the overcharged amount!! Very rude, they are scammers!!
