A peaceful stay

We stayed here for a week and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The property has 2 simple rooms, which are clean and comfortable. It is with paying a little extra for the large room. The kitchen is well stocked and we were able to self cater easily however it is only a short walk to the nearest restaurant and into the village where there are several places to eat and a mini supermarket with everything you need. It is in the jungle so bring insect repellent and a torch to walk back to the property after dark. You need to keep your food in the lock boxes if you don't want to share it with the wildlife, including a couple of cheeky Macaws who appeared on several afternoons and thought nothing of helping themselves! There are plenty of lovely walks in the area, tours and moto taxis are available in the village if you don't want to walk. Juan, the owner speaks very good English and is very helpful and accommodating.

Buen lugar para desconectar

El alojamiento está situado a unos 15min andando del centro pero es un lugar perfecto para desconectar y sentir la naturaleza. Desde allí se ve Santa Marta y puedes avistar pájaros. La cocina está bien equipada y el recepcionista ayuda en lo que necesites. Como algo negativo, es que hice una reserva para habitación individual y me pusieron en una habitación compartida alegando que mi reserva nunca llegó (?).

Don’t go there

Absolut nicht empfehlenswert. Heruntergekommene Unterkunft, schimmeliger Geruch im Zimmer. Baustelle,defekte Einrichtung. Selbst Mitarbeiter beschwert sich und hat uns empfohlen eine andere Unterkunft zu nehmen. Sicher findet man in Minca deutlich bessere Unterkünfte. Mitarbeiter muss in Baracke mit Chemikalien der Farm hausen. Einzig der Ausblick/ die Lage wâre schön.

Buenos paisajes

Excelente experiencia de viaje, lugar accesible, a 15 minutos de minca a pie, carretera accesible, una vista panoramica espectacular de Santa Marta, clima agradable, tiene cocina, wifi, una luna increible, se puede realizar caminatas por la sierra y se llega a una cascada increible, para nunca olvidar, toca llevar el repelente.
