Had such an incredible time at hotel guiones. Staff were extremely friendly and inviting and were able to help us arrange anything we needed. They made us feel truly at home. The first day they were able to accommodate an early check in which was much appreciated.
Each day we had a delicious made to order breakfast that was included. Room was great - cold a/c, hot shower and a comfy bed, as well as a lockbox for valuables. We had our own deck with a hammock. The property has a beautiful pool, mango trees, coconut trees, etc.. Complimentary bikes made it easy to get around town quickly in the heat. There was a parking lot out front where we were able to park motorbikes we rented as well. The walk to the beach was easy - we surfed nearly every morning.
Overall really wonderful stay - the place definitely deserves its high rating. Exceeded expectations.

Luxury at the right price in Nosara

Hotel Guiones is a beautiful hotel for the right price. Your room is set amongst lush tropical vegetation with easy access to a lovely pool area. The breakfast was great and the overall service was amazing and very personal. I felt like I was part of the family. I was in constant contact with the staff over WhatsApp to sign up for activities, including surf lessons, massages, excursions, and dinner reservations.

Guiones Beach sanctuary

Private sanctuary, walk to beach, warm hospitality, fresh meals, yoga & surf, bike to local market and shops, great location ‍♀️

We had an amazing stay at Hotel Guiones in Nosara, Costa Rica. The customer service was truly excellent—everyone was so friendly and welcoming, which made us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. The rooms were spotless, comfortable, and thoughtfully designed.
The location is perfect—close to everything, yet still peaceful and quiet. The pool area is absolutely beautiful, surrounded by lush greenery and ideal for relaxing after a day at the beach.
We would definitely come back and can’t wait for our next trip!

The hotel staff / management are incredibly helpful and genuine. The breakfast is amazing. Jorge really goes out of his way to help. They told us bout baby turtles and we went. Such a beautiful experience.
