Great stay at Apartments More

It was a pleasant stay. The apartment was very clean and looked fresh. The bed was comfortable and we had a nice balcony. The apartment was close by the sea, supermarket and restaurants. The hosts were very kind and cooperating. We really enjoyed our stay and if we come back, we will definitely book again at apartments & more.

Excellent, cozy, perfect!

Excellent stay at Apartments More. The hosts are very friendly and attentive. The apartment was perfect, with all the necessary and kitchen utilities. The sea view from the balcony is very nice. The building is well located by the sea side, near the beach and the hiking trails.

5 ***** sehr empfehlenswert

Wir sind nach 2020 und 2021 Wiederholungstäter und buchen auch gleich wieder für 2022, muss man eigentlich nicht sagen.
Das Haus, welches fußläufig ca. 300 m vom Strand entfernt liegt, verfügt über 8 Appartements. Die Ausstattung ist funktional, modern sauber und sehr sehr gepflegt, alle Appartements verfügen über einen zum Meer ausgerichteten Balkon. sind.
Ein Dankeschön an die herzliche Gastfamilie Diana & Saša.

Razzisti, rifiutano prenotazioni agli italiani

ITALIANI, STATE ALLA LARGA.
Prenotiamo per 2 persone su booking.
La proprietaria ci invia mail di conferma, confermandoci anche la prenotazione del posto auto e chiedendoci l'orario di arrivo.
5 minuti dopo ricevo una chiamata, conversazione:
"Salve, chiamavo per sapere verso che ora arriverete"
"In serata, siamo partiti da poco, le posso dare la conferma tra un paio d'ore"
"Ah ok, e di dove siete?"
"Italia"
"SI OK MA ITALIA DOVE??" (alzando la voce)
"Torino, perché?"
"Allora non possiamo ospitarvi, abbiamo già venduto tutte le camere proprio ora!"
"Ok, allora inviatemi mail di conferma della cancellazione"
"NO NO!! Dovete cancellare voi da Booking! Noi non possiamo farlo perché il sito non funziona!"
Informo che se vogliono procederanno loro alla cancellazione e riaggancio.
La verità è che si sono inventati che il sistema non permetteva di cancellare la prenotazione, per il semplice fatto che booking gli avrebbe applicato comunque la loro fee di prenotazione.
Sostanzialmente ci hanno rifiutato (mentendo sul vero motivo) una prenotazione già confermata prima di sapere che siamo italiani.
Italiani, non regalate soldi a questa gentaglia!
